SHIPPING POLICY
- Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

- Delays due to logistics, weather, or force majeure are not our liability.
RETURNS POLICY
Due to the nature of packaged drinking water, returns are not accepted once the product
has been delivered, unless:
- The product is damaged
- The product is incorrect
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with images.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are applicable only if:
- The product is damaged upon delivery
- An incorrect product is delivered
- Order cancellation is approved before dispatch
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not
permitted.
